Oriental Vegetables w/Egg Whites

1 lb frozen or fresh oriental vegetables (150 calories)
1/4 cup chopped onion
6 egg whites (102 calories)
2 t sesame oil
2 T soy sauce or hoison sauce

Saute onions and vegetables in sesame oil until tender.  Add egg whites stir until whites are cooked.  Pour soy sauce on top, toss and serve.
