Ham & Egg Brunch Casserole

serves 6-8

6 slices of bread layer in 9x13 pan
1 doz eggs (with or without yolks)
1 lb ham cubes
1 tsp  dry mustard
1 T chop onion
1 1/2  cup  half & half  
1 package frozen brocolli or other vegtable
8 oz Swiss cheese shredded
8 oz  Cheddar cheeses shredded
1/2 tsp sea salt (or regular salt)
1/2 tsp pepper

Layer bread in 9x13 pan.   Crack eggs in bowl add, mustard, onion, half&half, salt, pepper.  Beat until mixed set aside. Place layer of brocolli over bread, layer of cheese over brocolli, another layer of cheese, then pour egg mixture on top.  Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.  Top should be lightly brown and egg batter cooked in middle.
